My husband and I just visited Dallas Flooring Warehouse in Allen, TX for the 1st time. Initially we had some confusion upon arrival, when using our GPS, with the name and location. The name on the building is S & H Flooring so we thought we were at the wrong store. They do have a big moving truck in the parking lot that says Dallas Flooring Warehouse, but we didn't see it right away. Once we entered the store a sales representative by the name of Ben greeted us and showed us around the show room. We were presently surprised by his kindness and sense of humor. He spent roughly 2hrs. with us! He educated us on all types of flooring options and gave his opinion based on experience. He is clearly very knowledgeable in the flooring market, which makes sense considering he said he has been in this business and with the company for (I think he said) 30 years. We definitely plan on coming back to do business with him once we move further along in the process of building our new home. We walked away feeling more educated and confident in our understanding of the flooring market and where to buy. Thank you Ben for making this a great experience for us!

Ben is awesome! He was professional and attentive to my needs as the customer. The carpet installers however, were not prepared to actually install the carpet for the space that they measured beforehand. I had to take off work an additional day because of their contractors being unprepared. Even with that being said my overall experience was good and I would refer friends to work with Ben and S&H Floors! I like the fact that they are local and fair on their pricing.
