Replaced scuffed laminate with waterproof LVP laid in a chevron pattern, warm walnut tones throughout the open kitchen and dining.
Swapped dated travertine for 24x48 porcelain tile in a warm greige, with a hand-laid pencil-trim threshold detail.
Sanded and refinished original 1950s red oak three shades darker with a hard-wax oil, preserved the original plank.
Installed a custom-cut wool runner with brass stair rods over a previously bare oak staircase.
