How to Clean Hardwood Floors

This is from the desk of John Stacy:

We have had three situations recently where a customer has used an inferior or incorrect cleaning product that resulted in a haze on their wood floor.
***************************************************************************
“Bona Clean”  is the suggested cleaning agent for wood floors.
***************************************************************************
We DO NOT recommend “Bona Clean and Shine”, which should NOT be used to clean a wood floor.
***************************************************************************
Unfortunately a customer can go to Home Depot and purchase the “Bona Clean and Shine” (wrong product)  product OR “Bona Clean” (recommended product).
***************************************************************************
***WHEN CLEANING YOUR HARDWOOD FLOORING: Please do NOT use “Bona Clean and Shine” and to use “Bona Clean” instead.***
***************************************************************************
We advise you to use “Bona Clean” and NOT “Bona Clean and Shine”.  Also, PLEASE do not just ask for “Bona”, as that is not specific enough.

THIS WOULD NOT APPLY TO A OIL RUBBED FLOOR WHICH WOULD REQUIRE THE SPECIFIC MANUFACTURES OIL CLEANER WHICH IS AVAILABLE IF INQUIRED ABOUT TO MANAGEMENT.
